Working with businesses big and small to empower them with creative and engaging solutions that align with their culture and commercial goals. Clients look to Amy as a catalyst in developing the people strategy and bringing it to life, and in doing so building the base for sustainable success.
SARAH MAY - Founder Mayday HR
Mayday, derived from the French word "M'aider," is the universal cry for help, often heard when all seems lost. Just like a skilled pilot navigating through turbulence, Sarah steps in when HR emergencies threaten to shake the foundation of the business. When there is a need to change and do something different Sarah is there to guide businesses through it.
CLAIRE CATHCART - Founder ELEVATE
ELEVATE was founded in 2023 to support HR professionals in transforming their careers, helping them to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence in order to deliver their best performance. Claire brings over 15 years HR experience to ELEVATE, having previously worked for large corporate companies such as TUI, EDF Energy and Impellam Group before working in smaller, scaling businesses in more recent years.
