WHAT IS THE ELEVATE HUB?
I’ve spent my career working in HR, supporting others through some of the hardest moments in their working lives, while quietly navigating my own. Along the way, I’ve experienced toxic workplaces, grief, becoming a single working parent and the constant emotional weight that comes with being ‘HR’.
ELEVATE Hub was born because so many people were reaching out asking for support. They needed someone to listen, someone to give advice and support. They needed career guidance. What started as a conversation grew into a community, and that community has become a safe space for so many people who do this work every day.
My hope is that this becomes your base too. A place where you feel understood, supported and confident to thrive in your role and your career.
